youth ministry

Last night my pastor asked me if I would teach the youth girls on Sunday. I am a little scared since I have never taught that age group, plus I am 58 years old so there is quite an age difference and I don't want this to be a barrier in anyway. I know these girls are very vulnerable at this age and I don't want to mess up. Could you give me any advice as to where to start, and maybe some curriculmn that would be a great help to me.
