stop smoking

I will pray about my plan, which is to use the patch, at least when I am at work, but take off the patch as soon as I leave. When I have to urge I will do something different, mostly pray. I will wean myself off the patches in 4 weeks. I will stay close to My Lord and rest in him for help. I cannot do anything without the Lord. I want to be a good servant and a witness, but I cant serve with guilt and I cant witness with a cigarette in my mouth. Please pray for me and if willing hold me accountable. God Bless
