Pure Relationships with the Opposite Sex

The only pure relationships I have with men are with the ones outside my dating range or are married (I'm 17), every other guy I look through a lens that scans for potential husband material. I want to have a pure relationship with a fellow Brother in Christ just as I do with the older brothers where attraction and marriage doesn't cross my mind. All my male friends I secretly like or have liked in the past, my flesh is so annoying! Is this what every girl thinks of or is my head screwed on wrong? Does every girl really hide her feelings for a guy friend who shows her attention or is she telling the truth when she says her guy friend is just a friend? I'm clueless as to what I should do and how I should think..other than wanting to have pure relationships with the opposite gender..
