Prayer Request: Employment

I have been searching for a job for over 2-years. In December 2007, I applied for a job....the job was a perfect match for my career. I received a letter stating that I was not qualified for the position.

A few months went past and I noticed the job was posted once again. I applied and I was blessed with an interview. Accordingly, the interview went very good. After all I requested that God would be right at my side during the interview. The interview took place on Wednesday, April 2nd PM.

A few weeks have past and I made contact in an email to the HR person whom I interviewed with. The HR person never responded. A week past and I call the HR person and apparently the HR person was in the office but not available. Several days went past. On Friday, April 25th I received a letter stating that I was not selected for the new hire position. I immediately cried my eyes out. I tore up the letter and a few minutes later I got on my knees and Thanked God for giving me the opportunity to have an interview and it gave me some experience.

I was very upset, but knew in my heart that God will bring me through this discouragement once again! I know that God will lead me to a new job in time.

I do have great Faith and Trust in God…I am human and I did cry…God blessed me with a new house….and now I need to have the finances to pay for the mortgage…my faith and trust is with God….and now I need to let go of the steering wheel and allow God to drive me where he wants me to be at this time in my life.

Also, please pray that God reunites my family / friends….My family is unstable and my friends are mistreating me….Please pray for me….
