On a page I have printed on Bible food, God's way of eating can save your life, there is the suggestion of a book called "the Maker's Diet" by Jordan Rubin. I live in France and would like to know more about that book, can you tell me more, and also how I can order it, if there is any possibility. Information on the Maker's Diet

The book is very detailed. It talks about the author's personal struggle with his health and how switching to eating the foods that God created healed him. But, he is also a doctor, so he goes into a lot of detail of what foods have various medicinal properties. He also talks about a lot of scientific research that back up his claims which is very helpful if you are a very logical person.

The book also include success stories from people who have switched over their eating, and a 40 plan for getting back to the "Maker's Diet." It is really a type of fast, or at least that is the way that I looked at it. I have still yet to do the full 40 plan that he has set out in the book, but I have still had a lot of success incorporating many of the other things that he talked about.

If you would like to order the book, I do not sell it directly. But, I know that you can find it at here at this Christian Books website. I believe they ship internationally, but I am not sure.
