First it says in Romans 10:9-10 For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.

But you need to stop looking at porn, you can not look at women in a lustful way. Best thing to do is read the bible and learn what you should be doing and not be doing. I have problems with looking at women in a lustful way but after time you gain the wisdom and strength to resist. 1st step, throw away all the porn, delete it from your computer, clear out your browsing history let nothing bring up the memory of it so that you will not be tempted by it.

1 Corinthians 6:18-20
Run away from sexual sin! No other sin so clearly affects the body as this one does. For sexual immorality is a sin against your own body. Or don't you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.

Matthew 5:28-30
But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust in his eye has already committed adultery with her in his heart. So if your eye even if it is your good eye causes you to lust, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. And if your hand even if it is your stronger hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.
( but don't go cutting off body parts )

You must do your best to honor god by following the path of jesus, in order to do this you need to study the bible to understand how. We all still struggle with sin in some way there is no one perfect but jesus and god. But we must do our best by doing everything we can to resist temptation and evil doings.
