Finding love while separated and fighting a criminal case

Ive been fighting a criminal case for 3months and ive been celibate for 4months and separated from my husband for 3years.I recently broke my vow of celibacy for a man that I believe is good for me and my children. im afraid of disappointing God i diligently seek him i dont want him to turn his back on me what am I to do?!
