Do you feel like your in the Farthest Corners?

The noise in the world today can so often drown out the still small voice of God. As we run on our hamster wheel going from one thing to the next it is easy to find ourselves wondering how we got where we are, where we should be going next and how did I get to feeling so far from my Savior?
Isaiah 41:8-9 says:
"But you, O Israel, my servant Jacob, whom I have chosen,
you descendants of Abraham my friend, I took you from the ends of the earth,
from its farthest corners I called you.
I said, 'You are my servant” (emphasis mine)
Do you ever feel like you are in the farthest corners? That you are far from where you should be, forgotten, unsure of the next step or how to get back?
“I have chosen you and have not rejected you. So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Do you see his eyes full of compassion on you? Do you feel his big hands cupping your face, willing you to believe that He has not rejected you but instead he is with you.
To Strengthen you.
To Help you.
To Uphold you.
God sees you in the farthest corners, he calls you his servant and himself your God.
When you feel like you have been running and running and you don’t know how to find your way back, stop and listen for the still small voice of your God, gently calling you back from the farthest corners.
