daughter's obsession w/ weight and food

How can I nurture my daughter's self esteem, and help her w/ her worries over weight. She has nothing to worry about, but she often hears, from others, how pretty her 9 yr old sister is. Her sister even received money for "being so beautiful" from an Aunt. She is 10 yrs old, and I feel like she is somehow comparing herself w/ her sister. I don't want her to end up w/ an eating disorder. Thank you.
