Christian Denominations or One Body

Should there be Christian denominations, or shoudl we be one Body? Here is Joey's Bible study:

About me... I am a born again Christian who has been called to teach and am very nervous about it. I sing and play music even though I haven't much lately. I am married and have two children, 14 and 3. and I really enjoy studying the Bible.

My thoughts...
I can not understand how people who call themselves pastors or even Christians and be homosexual and think they or all right with the Lord when the Bible speaks plainly against it. And these days and times, more and more grandparents are raising their grandchildren because of drugs. How can parents just give their babies away and not even care. Too common where I live at here in KY.

My closing prayer...
I pray for churches of different denominations to come together and stand up and let our voices be heard about the sins of this world instead of bickering about our different beliefs. I'm not talking about Muslims, Buddhist and junk like that just for the record. I mean, churches who believe in the Father the Son and the Holy Ghost.
