Am i sinning or not?

Hi, i live in a state where medicial marijuana is legal, and i have my medical card. i am 18 and use it for real anxiety and depression/eating disorder. I also use weed for recreation, but not always a lot, just enough for a buzz. Am i sinning or not? God said for us not to get drunk, but there is no word on anything else. What should i do?
